Training courses are enormously time-consuming to prepare, which means they must be easily reusable. To make all the training we do internally accessible to others, we:
Shared various aspects of our methodology in approximately 80 memos
Published these memos in various formats, both web and print
Compiled them into manuals translated into Arabic
Transformed some into lively, audiovisual tutorials for YouTube and Instagram
Used them to onboard staff, and as a basis for external trainings
