Lina Ghoutouk

Lina, an associate with Synaps, leads the organization's regional work on vulnerable communities in the Middle East, with a particular focus on Lebanon and Jordan. She holds an MA in Human Rights from Saint Joseph University in Beirut. Her research focuses on studying the impact of conflict, migration, and discriminatory legal frameworks on vulnerable groups, notably informal workers, women, and children. She aims to build alliances with a network of civil society organizations, to increase the access of vulnerable groups to protection services.
