Hajar is a research fellow with Synaps' Jordan team. She holds a BA in Economics and an MSc in Total Quality Management from The University of Jordan. Passionate about advancing her expertise in research and analysis, Hajar focuses on studying the challenges that people face in accessing protection services and livelihood opportunities in Jordan and beyond. Her goal is to provide research-driven insights that can improve access to these live-saving services.
